--SAFEShelter: Offers immediate SAFEShelter to female victims of domestic violence and their children by providing a safe and secure environment, food, clothing and other basic needs. Staffed 24 hours a day.
--Individual and group counseling. Outreach individual counseling and ongoing group support provided for both women and children victims of domestic violence.

  • SAFESHELTER PROGRAM
    Eligibility: Domestic Violence Victims (women/child) (intake via crisis line or outreach office)
    SERVICES: provides women and their children with immediate protection from imminent danger, individual and group counseling, education about family violence and alternatives, an opportunity to formulate plans and goals, advocacy, referrals to appropriate community resources.

programs offered at house meetings on topics pertaining to parenting
skills, adoption, community services available, legal issues. Room for
seven women. .
--Volunteers help with
transportation during later pregnancy, as needed.
