    Early Childhood Connections is a statewide system of support for families with infants and toddlers 0-3 with special needs. Denver ECC serves the families in the City and County of Denver by providing links to other agencies and resources in Denver. One simple phone call can immediately start the process of connecting families with multi-disciplinary evaluation, service coordination, early intervention and many other supports.
ACCESS TO BENEFITS COALITION
Helping Medicare beneficiaries find the best prescription savings. Presented by the Access to Benefits Coalition, the Medicare Card Finder--now available on the BenefitsCheckUp Web site--will find those with lower incomes the best Medicare-approved discount card to use between now and the end of 2005.Access to Benefits Coalition
Access to Benefits Coalition™ (ABC) is dedicated to ensuring that Medicare beneficiaries with limited incomes and resources know about and can make the best use of all available resources for reducing the costs of prescription drugs, including Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage (starting in January 2006), the extra help available for paying prescription drug costs (available through the Medicare prescription drug benefit program), the Medicare-approved drug discount card program, State Pharmacy Assistance Programs, Patient Assistance Programs, and more.

COLORADO BENEFITS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CBMS)

Statewide one-stop access to public assistance eligibility and medical benefits and payment system administered by counties and select medical assistance sites. 

CBMS replaced six systems -

  • Client Oriented Information Network (COIN),

  • Colorado Automated Food Assistance System (CAFSS),

  • Colorado Automated Client Tracking Information System (CACTIS),

  • Colorado Employment First (CEF),

  • Colorado Adult Protection System (CAPS), and

  • Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) - with one unified system for data collection and eligibility.

  1. Click on the Application for Assistance link above (or on the Application link in the left-hand margin).

  2. Print Part I and Part II of the Application for Assistance.

  3. You must complete both Part I and Part II in order to be considered for public assistance and/or medical benefits.

  4. Submit the form to an office of your County Department of Human/Social Services in person or by mail.
